Biden and McCarthy’s teams still negotiating over U.S. debt limit

A week from a potential default, President Biden is urging Congress to act now on the U.S. debt limit. A top credit rating agency also sounded the alarm that it might downgrade America’s AAA rating. NBC News’ Peter Alexander has more details on the negotiations still underway.
