The iQOO Neo7 is ready to launch on October 20 and more details about the device are starting to appear. The latest confirmed specs include the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset and an independent display chipset dubbed Pro+ which should help lower power consumption and keep stable frame rates during games. Dimensity 9000+ is MediaTek’s flagship offering at the moment and was also seen on the Asus ROG Phone 6D duo.

Previous iQOO Neo 7 rumors revealed the device will bring a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate as well as up to 12GB RAM, a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W charging and a 50MP main camera with Sony IMX766V sensor and OIS. We expect to get more details in the day ahead of the October 20 announcement.
